PaiGow poker is a variation of an old Chinese domino game. The game is played with a 53 card deck, including the joker. Place your initial bet and 7 cards will be dealt to you. The object is to split your seven cards into two hands, one with 5 cards and one with 2 cards. The 5 card hand must be played in such a way that its score is higher than the 2 card hand. The score is based on normal poker hand scoring.
